Workhug services have been key in encouraging people to take 15-20 minutes away from their desk to do something that makes them feel good and switch off a little bit. But in addition to the actual service there are all these other intangible mental health benefits that you start feeling afterwards.

The nutrition seminar with Lily was superb, honestly – really really strong. She was extremely professional and engaging. I’m pretty sure all the staff who attended were very impressed.
