That is why we have put together a dedicated wellness team to support your company every step of the way by delivering bespoke 1:1 or groups sessions, personalised nutrition seminars and workshops to boost health and wellbeing.

Physical wellbeing involves creating a plan to ensure you are getting regular physical activity, eating healthy and getting enough sleep to balance your overall wellbeing.

Our yoga, pilates and fitness instructors can host groups sessions both large and small, dependent on the space available at your office. This can be arranged so that they provide a break in the workday, as a way to de-stress at the end of the day, or a way to prepare for the day ahead.

Our nutritionist will deliver an impactful seminar that will simplify the science around nutrition, providing healthy hacks and smarter eating strategies.

 
Nutritionist led 1:1 Consultations

Our qualified nutritionists offer private consultations where they can review your current eating habits and give tips on how to make changes to help lead you to a healthier lifestyle. In each session you’ll learn about what to look out for on food labels, which foods to include and avoid and practical tips to help you control portion sizes.
